For the first 4 to 8 weeks, you'll mainly build your Equity portfolio (Company Shares) and start receiving your salary after your first placement. Your first placement should happen one (1) month after your start date as you will be provided with : An intensive initial training and a continuous mentoring by the founder to our proven processes and tools, as well as to the niche sector.The Lead Generation will be done for you and for your future team by our marketing people. This will involve a large and deep knowledge scope in your Healthcare niche and in Recruitment, but also in Human Resources, Immigration law, Contracts, Accounting, Real Estate, etc. So this is a diverse role, knowledge-rich, where you'll touch upon several disciplines. This would put you in a great position to help organisations, healthcare professionals and patients.Scale-up and Lead : you will, with the close support of our group, scale-up the Recruitment services that we have already successfully launched in Alberta. Lead : You will grow and lead your local team in order to achieve this.THE TEAMAs a start-up, you will initially work with a small, tight-knit team, including : The Founder and Advisors : Providing strategic guidance and support.Closer Recruitment Americas Management Team : Collaborating closely with the CFO, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Technology Officer.Peer Partners : sharing best practices with the Partners of our other business units in North America.Various freelancersREQUIREMENTSGood experience in recruitment.Location : based in or willing to relocate anywhere in Alberta.Willing to start the role in an small structure (early stage start-up), and carry out hands on recruitment work, closer to our clients and candidates, before scaling up.
