TEEMAEdmonton, ABLiaise with business stakeholders and clients to elicit and document business and functional requirements for BISC and DMP deliverables, including data, analytics, and quality products.
Complete project coordination activities such as scheduling meetings, getting status updates and creating status reports.
Create mockups and design requirements for dashboards based on stakeholder feedback.
Facilitate demonstrations of analytics and dashboards in various stages of development and gather feedback from stakeholders.
Support developers and testers in the creation and testing of products, following up with stakeholders to get answers to questions as required.
Develop training material on new analytics products and train end users to use the new analytics and dashboards.
Develop and execute organizational change management and communication plans.
Help design and work with the education department to develop material for end-user self-service training.
What you must have :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience coordinating project activities.
- Prototyping and Wireframing.
Experience eliciting requirements for business intelligence and analytics.
Critical thinking.
Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills are required. Including the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with all clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work within a team environment or independently as needed.
Ability to manage your time efficiently and work with little supervision.
Ability to manage stress in an environment with high expectations, tight deadlines and changing priorities.
Understanding best practices, methods, and standards for business intelligence, analytics, and visualizations.
Agile methodologies.
