- GTT is looking for a Business Analyst that has extensive Simcorp Performance experience to join one of it's Government.
- As an integral part of our operations, we focus on delivering high-quality, transparent, and efficient services while ensuring that our business objectives align with the values and requirements of the government.
- The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
SimCorp Performance Expertise :Leverage SimCorp Performance to design, implement, and maintain financial reporting solutions.Support the optimization of investment performance measurement, attribution, and risk analytics using SimCorp.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance data, ensuring high data integrity and consistency.Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering :Engage with stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions using SimCorp.Analyze complex business problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend performance optimization strategies.Ensure that business processes are aligned with SimCorp functionality and organizational needs.Data and Performance Reporting :Create and maintain reports and dashboards for performance measurement, portfolio analysis, and risk management.Ensure that reports meet internal and external regulatory and compliance standards.Conduct a thorough analysis of financial and operational data to support decision-making processes.Cross-Functional Collaboration :Work closely with IT, finance, and investment teams to implement system improvements and upgrades.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are effectively implemented within SimCorp and meet operational objectives.Provide training and support to end-users in relation to SimCorp Performance tools and processes.Continuous Improvement :Monitor industry best practices, emerging trends, and SimCorp updates to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.Participate in ongoing testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the system remains effective and reliable.Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CBAP) are an asset.Experience :
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on performance measurement, financial systems, or data analytics.Proven experience working with SimCorp Performance or similar performance management platforms.Experience within the public sector or working with Crown Corporations is highly desirable.Skills :
Strong knowledge of financial instruments, investment performance measurement, and portfolio analytics.Proficiency in SimCorp Dimension and SimCorp Performance (including performance measurement, attribution, and risk reporting).Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with public sector regulations, compliance, and reporting requirements is an asset.Working Conditions :The role may require occasional travel to other sites or offices.Our client offers flexible work arrangements, including hybrid and remote work options, where applicable.Mandatory Requirement(s) Mandatory Experience

The resume should demonstrate that the proposed Resource has the following desirable attributes :
1 year of Desirable Working knowledge of Azure DevOps3 years of Working knowledge of other leading asset management solutions such as Charles River, Aladdin, Calypso, Bloomberg, etc.3 years Strong knowledge of market data providers and content relevant to performance, including but not limited to Security Master, Indices / Benchmarks, Pricing, etc.Additional Job Details :
