Our Trainers are responsible for facilitating courses virtually and in‑person to clients across Ontario. As a representative of OSG, you will ensure that our courses are delivered consistently and with the highest quality. You will engage learners and draw on your experiences to reinforce learning outcomes, creating an environment that promotes safety and compliance.
Based on client needs, you will be delivering courses in‑person from a client's place of business, from third‑party locations or distance‑learning from your home office.
The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and Saturday work. We are seeking a Health and Safety Trainer in Cambridge, Toronto, Mississauga or the surrounding areas. Apply to only one opening, as we will consider you for all locations during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate in‑person and online training courses to audiences across different industries while applying adult learning principles and best practices.
- Leverage any industry knowledge and practical experience to accurately answer participant questions with sensitivity, professionalism, and inclusivity in mind.
- Ensure administrative requirements are completed accurately and in a timely manner, including timesheets, expenses, etc.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to ensure seamless, accurate, and meaningful content delivery to clients.
