Position Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team. The Operations Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our security services, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the coordination and management of daily operations within the organization.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational activities and client interactions.
- Support the scheduling and deployment of security personnel to various locations as needed.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding operational procedures and services.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance metrics and operational challenges.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and onboarding of new staff members.
- Support the procurement of supplies and equipment necessary for operations.
