Your future duties and responsibilities
- Agir comme personne-ressource auprès des utilisateurs
- Comprendre, identifier et communiquer les enjeux d’affaires
- Identifier des solutions innovatrices aux problématiques rencontrées de concert avec les concepteurs, les architectes et les développeurs
- Effectuer la collecte et l’analyse des besoins des utilisateurs
- Réaliser les analyses fonctionnelles, les analyses d’impact, les stratégies et plans de tests et de livraison des solutions
- Effectuer les livraisons et accompagner les utilisateurs lors du déploiement
- Savoir Documenter efficacement
- Mettre à jour la documentation existante
