We’re looking for a General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant and take charge of its success!What You’ll Do:
  • Champion a culture of fun, energy, and enthusiasm across the restaurant.
  • Lead and inspire a dynamic team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives to grow sales and maintain profitability.
  • Foster a supportive environment by coaching, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Maintain exceptionally high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
