Lead Front End Developer (React)
Our client, an NFT investor platform is looking for a Lead Front End Developer (React) for a long term engagement to help build sophisticated tools for a video game based NFT investment platform.
Responsibilities
• Determining the structure and design of web pages
• Ensuring user experience determines design choices
• Developing features to enhance the user experience
• Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design
• Ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones
• Building reusable code for future use
• Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability
• Utilizing a variety of markup languages to write web pages
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a front end developer
• Good experience with modern front end technologies React/React Native
• 5+ years of experience with JavaScript
• Experience with UI
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS
• Exposure to Open source development
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design
• Experience with Typescript an asset
• Experience with NextJS an asset
• Excellent Verbal Communication Skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
This is a long term remote based contract or permanent position (based on preference) – 40 hours/week.
