Freelance Makeup Artist – Beauty Ambassador

Location: SCARBOROUGH/WHITBY/AJAX/OSHAWA

Job Type: Part-Time Freelance (10 - 12 hours/week)
Schedule: Thursday & Saturday only
Pay: Starting $20/hour

About the Role:

Are you a Makeup Artist with a passion for beauty, skincare, and customer connection?
We're looking for an experienced and engaging freelance artist to bring beauty experiences to life in a retail setting. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on interacting with customers, driving sales, and delivering high-level service.

As a brand ambassador, you'll combine your artistry, product knowledge, and energy to inspire confidence, educate clients, and support in-store beauty teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Makeup & Skincare Consultations

• Provide personalized product recommendations and quick application demos
• Educate customers on skincare prep and product routines

Sales & Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional service while achieving sales targets
• Create memorable, welcoming in-store experiences

Brand & Product Education

• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Support store staff by sharing product knowledge and selling techniques

Team & Store Engagement

• Build strong relationships with beauty advisors

What We're Looking For:

✔ Certified or experienced Makeup Artist
✔ Strong sales background in cosmetics or skincare
✔ Confident communicator who loves connecting with people
✔ Passionate about clean beauty and self-care
