As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive strong sales results while embodying our company values.

Your Role

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down daily operations of the store as needed, train, motivate and celebrate associates, and drive sales results while representing our values and bringing your REAL self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• You have a passion for driving sales : as a key Leader on Duty (LOD), you maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through an in-store guest experience, and support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results.
• You're a people leader : motivate and inspire the team through AE / O’s core values, model service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room, and hold associates accountable to those standards.
• Recruiting and training : recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs, and train and develop associates to provide outstanding service and uphold a Guest First culture.
• Teamwork and performance : set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates, provide real-time coaching, and celebrate outstanding performance to drive engagement.
• Visual & operational innovator : execute and update daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards, ensuring fitting rooms are guest-ready and aligned with brand standards.
• Integrity and safety : maintain store safety standards, uphold Asset Protection standards, adhere to policies and procedures, and act with integrity at all times.
