Le salaire proposé varie en fonction de l'expérience (85 000 à 95 000 $) - sur une base de 40h semaine.Vos missions seront : I'm looking for an IT Analyst for one of our customers, located on the South Shore of Montreal. This is a permanent, on-site position. Salary varies according to experience ($85,000 to $95,000) - on a 40-hour week basis.Your duties will include :

• Manage the maintenance, evolution and security of IT systems, with a focus on incident prevention and business continuity.
• Ensure the implementation, customization and optimization of various tools, including ERP, to ensure their alignment with the organization's objectives.
• Work closely with functional teams to understand business needs and propose appropriate IT solutions, thus contributing to process efficiency.
• Design and deploy new systems, such as a ticketing system for IT requests or the Zendesk service, to continuously improve the technological infrastructure.
• Develop, implement and maintain strict IT security policies to protect company data against internal and external threats.
• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' experience in IT
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, with particular expertise in SAP Business One would be an asset
• Knowledge of relevant languages such as SQL, C#, XML (an asset)
• Ability to manage IT projects, programming skills, good customer service skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating harmoniously in multidisciplinary teams
