We are looking to hire a Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join their team on a contract basis of 3 months, which has the possibility of permanent. This candidate will be working from their North York Office on a full time basis.
Your new role
Managing reception desk
Greeting clients and visitors
Switchboard
Oversees meeting rooms (booking meetings, cleaning rooms, setting up resources ie. presentations, etc.) & assisting with meeting minute
Deliveries and mail (mail, couriers, faxes)
Work with PM if there are any building issues
General reception email
Issue parking stickers to visitors
Assist with any events or lunches that are happening (catering)
Change employee directory as needed (leavers and new hires)
General admin & ad hoc duties thate up
What you'll need to succeed
MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, MS Word, Outlook)
Excellentmunication skills
1-2 years of working experience in an office environment
