Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a engineering firm located in Toronto, ON. We are looking to hire a Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join their team on a contract basis of 3 months, which has the possibility of permanent. This candidate will be working from their North York Office on a full time basis.
Your new role
- Managing reception desk
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Switchboard
- Oversees meeting rooms (booking meetings, cleaning rooms, setting up resources ie. presentations, etc.) & assisting with meeting minute
- Deliveries and mail (mail, couriers, faxes)
- Work with PM if there are any building issues
- General reception email
- Issue parking stickers to visitors
- Assist with any events or lunches that are happening (catering)
- Change employee directory as needed (leavers and new hires)
- General admin & ad hoc duties thate up
