By joining our team, you will make an impact on our customers, the banking industry, and ultimately, the world. As a key part of the Fraud Operations team, you will be part of a dedicated group looking to improve on Fraud prevention.

The Fraud Operations team plays a critical role with a focus on our client's ability to serve Scotiabank's customers on a daily basis to prevent Fraud.

Is this role right for you? In this role you will :

  • Working with the Fraud Management Group in supporting their day to day operation
  • Statistical Reporting
  • Production support Pager rotation
  • Problem triaging
  • Assess, prioritize and develop remediation plans for Fraud action plans

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have :

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis
  • Experience understanding testing methodologies such as application, unit, and performance testing
  • A fast learner who has an appetite to learn what's behind both simple and complex FRAUD solutions
  • Positive and resilient personality. You must be able to embrace feedback and have a desire for continuous iteration and improvement.
  • Comfortable working in a self-guided manner with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your own time efficiently, without direct input or oversight.
