We are looking for experienced Technology Project Manager with exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects.
About the Role
Responsibilities
- Be the go-to Resource for all Capco Employees and Clients on any projects or opportunities that require a Fraud speciality in the Financial Services space
- Independently drive client relationships across levels, especially key decision makers by understanding their business goals and objectives
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring project deliverables are met on time, within scope and budget
- Lead project teams with Capco and client members
- Working closely with clients to define and optimize their roadmap, influencing decision-making
- Manage and facilitate the successful execution of timelines and milestones according to project scope and within budget
- Engage with customers to understand project requirements, manage expectations, provide project updates and ensure overall customer satisfaction
- Prepare work schedule and timelines with the customer and the extended team
- Regularly communicate and maintain a bridge between the customer and Capco to ensure best practice in implementation and onboarding
- Maintain up to date documentation and communicate findings to key stakeholders
- Regularly communicate project status and circulate project information to the team
- Ensure customers are fully satisfied with project completion
About You

5+ years of project management or business analysis experience and implementation management, including a specific focus on Fraud projects within the banking environmentGood knowledge and / or experience working with Fraud technology projects, and a strong understanding of the key offerings in this spaceProficient in detecting and analysing fraudulent activities within the Canadian banking sector, with a strong understanding of industry-specific regulations, compliance standards, and emerging trends in financial crimeSkilled in developing and implementing fraud prevention strategies, including the deployment of advanced fraud detection tools, techniques and technologies to mitigate risks and safeguard customer assetsExperienced in conducting through investigations into suspected fraudulent transactions, collaborating with internal stakeholders, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory bodies to effectively identify, mitigate and prevent fraud schemesExperience and capabilities to speak with customer leaders to extract expectations, provide insightful information, and manage expectationsComfortable speaking and presenting to senior stakeholders and clientsAbility to think strategically and execute tactically, enabling cross-business teamsAbility work in a fast-paced environment while following best practice and company processHighly driven and passionate about customer satisfaction, product development and technologyExcellent oral, listening, and written communication skillsExcellent people and presentation skillsProfessional experience is important.
