Kelly Services, Inc.Mississauga, Quebec, CAOur client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Coordinator to oversee service operations, customer relations, and internal procedures. This role involves coordinating service appointments, managing work orders, ensuring timely follow-up on parts and inventory, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and schedule service appointments with customers, ensuring technician availability and timely service delivery.
Follow up on parts requisitions and inventory transfers for repairs and service calls.
Maintain accurate records for the service department, including work orders, cost calculations, and other documentation.
Conduct telemarketing or outreach activities to promote services and maintain customer relationships.
Organize shipping and collection of equipment, ensuring accurate purchase orders and timelines.
Handle service-related inquiries and provide accurate quotes to customers.
Assist in managing inventory for rental equipment and ensure proper shipping, receiving, and invoicing processes.
Support the supervisor in service technician meetings and other operational tasks. Prerequisites :
Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in administration or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a similar role or customer service experience.
Experience coordinating a service team is an asset. Skills and Competencies :
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. What’s in it for you?
