  • Complete ad-hoc analysis involving large data sets and correlate actionable insights and operational improvements
  • Forecast future Cancellations and Chargeback levels
  • Manage the intake, triage and resolution of inbound E-Commerce fraud inquiries and incidents
  • Fraud detection support/backup for Triangle Rewards program
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross functional teams and external partners to achieve E-Commerce Fraud Strategy objectives

What you bring:

  • Desire to join an agile, and fun team!
  • Passion for data and problem solving and an entrepreneurial and goal driven mindset
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell a compelling story with data
  • Strong skillset across the MS Office Suite, including a intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Proficient knowledge of one or more programming languages (SAS, SQL and Python) is essential
  • Prior exposure to payments, disputes and chargebacks processes
  • Prior exposure to fraud detection platforms would be an asset

We’re always looking for great talent! In addition to competitive pay, we offer:

  • Comprehensive benefits and retirement programs
  • Performance incentives, Continuing Education Programs
  • Other perks to support your well-being
  • Career growth opportunities and product discounts

Broadband Salary Range: $53,000 – $88,000.
Our typical hiring range is between $53,000 and $70,000.
