As a Print & Services Supervisor at Staples Canada, you will lead a team to provide exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, maintain operational excellence, and build lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement : Model and coach the selling model, engage customers, and motivate associates to focus on a customer‑first mindset.
• Sales Execution : Execute flyer and promotional items to maximize sales while assisting customers.
• Leadership : Lead cash and print areas to achieve goals and cultivate a selling culture.
• Operational Excellence : Manage store brand standards in print.
• Training & Development : Conduct training for associates and promote continuous learning.
