Lead and execute divisional business strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Oversee full-cycle project delivery, from tendering to closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability. Own divisional P&L, budgets, and financial targets in collaboration with executive leadership. Drive continuous improvement, operational discipline, and workforce engagement. Mentor and develop teams across management, supervision, and trades. Foster a culture of Zero Harm, accountability, and innovation. Strengthen relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners. Champion DNMs brand of reliability, respect, and results-driven leadership. Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Business. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction, civil operations, or related sectors. Proven success managing multi-division operations or large-scale construction and / or building projects. Strong financial acumen comfortable with P&L ownership, forecasting, and KPI management. Deep knowledge of construction practices, estimating, and project management. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and build high-performing teams. Executive or leadership training considered an asset. We are seeking an accomplishedGeneral Manager to lead our Building & Construction Division, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and a culture of leadership throughout the business.
The Opportunity
The General Manager Building & Construction Division is a pivotal leadership role responsible for strategic, financial, and operational performance across the divisions carpentry, building, civil excavation, and general contracting operations.
