Our rapidly expanding financial planning firm is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Planner Assistant to support our lead advisors. Key Responsibilities :
Analyze client financial data and prepare reports, illustrations, and recommendations for advisor review.
Assist in portfolio management, including investment analysis and money movement execution.
Support new business processes by preparing and ensuring accurate paperwork.
Conduct research on financial products, strategies, and market trends.
Attend client meetings (note-taking and follow-up) to deepen industry knowledge.
Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred).
- Skills : Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial planning software is a plus.
- Licenses / Certs : CSC and LLQP strongly desirable
- Mindset : Self-starter who enjoys problem-solving, systems, and contributing to team success.
- Experience : Prior client service or financial industry experience
Compensation & Benefits :
Salary : 40,000–60,000 / year (commensurate with experience) + bonus potential .
Flexibility : Hybrid options after 6 months.
Professional Development : Support for certifications (e.g., CFP®, Series licenses).
