Main Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for OSS system from various stakeholders, including managers, users, and IT teams.
• Define and document OSS requirements, specifications, processes, data models and interfaces
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement OSS
• Work closely with vendors to evaluate and implement new OSS solutions and stay up to date with industry trends.
• Review and approve design and development solution documents, internal and external test strategies, plans and scripts
• Develop and maintain accurate and up to date documentation of OSS requirements, configurations, and processes
• Monitor OSS performance and conduct regular reviews of components, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision making and troubleshooting
• Provide technical support and resolve issues related to OSS systems
• Assist in the development and execution of test plans, ensuring the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions.
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure reliability and accuracy
• Provide support and training to end-users to ensure successful adoption and optimal utilization of implemented systems
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend innovative solutions that enhance business processes
