This diverse team of professionals are dedicated to exceeding clients’ unique needs within a rapidly evolving business and financial reporting landscape. As part of the team, you will play a critical role in delivering a wide range of services – from bookkeeping to financial analysis and business advisory.

Responsibilities
- Assist with full cycle bookkeeping and payroll functions
- Oversee the billing process, ensuring accuracy in client invoices and adherence to billing guidelines
- Oversee outstanding accounts and ensure timely follow-up on collections to facilitate prompt payment
- Maintain, monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Perform the month-end and quarter-end close process timely and accurately
- Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts, conduct monthly expense reviews, and implement a financially conservative approach to identify areas for cost control and strategic decision-making
- Identify issues and errors, investigate discrepancies, discuss with the Engagement Partner, and develop resolutions to resolve issues and errors
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
- Cultivate strong working relationships with clients, collaborating with accounting and administrative teams to deliver exceptional client service
- Undertake any other related or ad hoc duties assigned by the Partner, with a view to delivering optimal service and addressing the client’s specific requirements.
