Manager, Financial Reporting
The Financial Reporting Manager is a junior-middle manager position responsible for the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements. Using a forward-looking approach, you will lead the accounting team in developing financial information.
A clean criminal record verification is a requirement for this position. This background check will be conducted by a third-party prior to your commencement of employment.
What we look for?
- A minimum of 2-5 years of accounting experience, preferably at a Big 4 firm or large, public company : Experience w / audit required.Experience in real estate is a big plus.
- Working experience in Power BI, Synapse and / or Power Query.
- Working experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- CPA designation.
- Deep knowledge of accounting principles.
- Exposure to end-to-end Finance function.
- Proven track record in project cost accounting and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Desire for continuing education and personal development.
