Job descriptionA valid Class 5 BC Drivers license with a clean record is required. Ability to drive standard is required. Previous experience in a Guest Service capacity is an asset. Knowledge of Whistler area is an asset. Subsidized staff accommodation provided. Complimentary meal in our staff cafeteria per shift. Overnight Guest Services Attendant
First impressions are everything! Your engaging smile and personality are the essence of a great Overnight Guest Services Attendant with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. As you personally greet our guests and assist them throughout the night you will be empowered to deliver on our mission of turning moments into memories for our guests.
This is a full-time permanent position beginning October 2025 .
Starting Rate of Pay : $23.50 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $27.90.
Job Duties Include :
- Meeting and greeting guests helping them with their luggage upon arrival and departure.
- Provide parking options and safely parking any valet vehicles.
- Act as a liaison between the hotel and our guests always responding to guest requests and concerns in a personal prompt and courteous manner.
- Be knowledgeable of all hotel information including; hours of operation promotions menu selection meeting facilities guest room and rate structuring and current availability.
