We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Brand Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing team. The ideal candidate will be :

Key Responsibilities → How You’ll Make an Impact

Support Go-To-Market Execution

  • Support Brand Manager in campaign go-to-market execution, including developing workbacks, scheduling deadlines & deliverables, and maintaining the marketing calendar
  • Collaborate with cross-functional channels to ensure a cohesive presentation of campaigns across all customer touchpoints and a smooth internal execution
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met
  • Review campaign assets for consistency & brand alignment
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize results
  • Contribute to post-mortem analyses for large campaigns to share key learnings with the cross-functional team
  • Lead Retailtainment Execution

  • Lead execution of retailtainment strategies, enhancing in-store experiences to drive store traffic, engagement, and conversion
  • Manage in-store event logistics, including vendor coordination, staffing, and budget tracking
  • Develop event toolkits and resources to support retail teams in executing local brand initiatives
  • Oversee event performance measurement and provide insights for future improvements
  • Business Support

  • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with management and execution of administrative tasks
  • Qualifications & Experience → The Skills You Bring

  • 2-5 years’ experience in Brand Marketing, Event Coordination, or experiential marketing, preferably in apparel, CPG, or communications agency
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Exceptional time management, project management, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to keep tasks on track & project management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills with a proactive and flexible attitude
  • Passion for fashion, retail, and the outdoors is an asset
