Job descriptionSupport Brand Manager in campaign go-to-market execution, including developing workbacks, scheduling deadlines & deliverables, and maintaining the marketing calendar Collaborate with cross-functional channels to ensure a cohesive presentation of campaigns across all customer touchpoints and a smooth internal execution Manage project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met Review campaign assets for consistency & brand alignment Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize results Contribute to post-mortem analyses for large campaigns to share key learnings with the cross-functional team Lead execution of retailtainment strategies, enhancing in-store experiences to drive store traffic, engagement, and conversion Manage in-store event logistics, including vendor coordination, staffing, and budget tracking Develop event toolkits and resources to support retail teams in executing local brand initiatives Oversee event performance measurement and provide insights for future improvements Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and materials for internal and external stakeholders Assist with management and execution of administrative tasks 2-5 years’ experience in Brand Marketing, Event Coordination, or experiential marketing, preferably in apparel, CPG, or communications agency Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Exceptional time management, project management, and organizational skills Proven ability to keep tasks on track & project management experience Strong verbal and written communication abilities Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills with a proactive and flexible attitude Passion for fashion, retail, and the outdoors is an asset 1400 Castlefield Ave, Toronto, ON M6B 4C4, Canada
