  • Provide full accounting support for the Reaching Home program, including separate books, banking, and a dedicated annual audit.
  • Support bursary and scholarship fund administration with donors and educational institutions.
  • Systems & Team Support

  • Lead the continued optimization of financial systems, including COF’s transition to Community Suite.

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptable and comfortable navigating complex regulatory environments.
  • Collaborative, flexible, and aligned with COF’s community-focused mission.
  • Salary & Benefits

This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including an hourly rate of $46.00 –$51.00 (commensurate with experience and qualifications). Additional benefits include extended health and dental coverage, RRSP matching, generous vacation entitlement, paid sick time and statutory holidays, and a supportive, flexible, and mission-driven work environment.

The successful candidate will be based in Kelowna, British Columbia and will join a dedicated, professional team committed to responsible stewardship and community impact.

The Central Okanagan Foundation is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace. They welcome applications from candidates of diverse backgrounds, including those who have experienced barriers to equity, and value the perspectives they bring to their community-focused work.
