Role Summary

This role involves hands‑on equipment assembly, diagnostics, repairs, and customer training across a designated territory. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, upgrade, and repair industrial machinery at customer sites.
- Provide comprehensive machine demonstrations, start‑ups, and customer training.
- Stay up to date with equipment knowledge through training and self‑learning.
- Complete work orders, time, and expense reports accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and escale unresolved service issues when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure all issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
