Position : Marketing ManagerLocation : Brampton Job Type : PermanentWe are looking to hire a driven and creative Marketing Manager to spearhead innovative marketing initiatives and enhance brand presence and growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic and innovative marketing professional with strong project management abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering impactful marketing campaigns.Responsibilities : - Plan and execute marketing strategies, including product launches, photography, videography, and trade shows.- Oversee the creative development process, ensuring brand messaging is consistent and engaging.- Manage a weekly production schedule, coordinating with marketing, product management, and design teams.- Track and update deliverables for marketing project list, create detailed project briefs, and lead project meetings for seamless execution.- Mentor, train, and support junior marketing team members to foster collaboration, teamwork, growth and development.- Work closely with sales, product managers, and senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.- Organize internal communications, maintain digital asset management tools, and plan quarterly town halls and office events.- Support / Lead with tradeshow branding, merchandising, logistics, and on-site execution.- Manage social media content creation and posting, analyzing performance metrics to drive engagement.- Support website updates to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.- Liaise with external vendors for print services, promotional materials, translation, and copywriting.- Oversee promotional item inventory for both internal and customer-facing events.Requirements : - Post-graduate Diploma or Degree in Business or Marketing.- At least 5 years of experience in creative and strategic marketing (preferably in building materials / products or manufacturing)- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging.- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and social media platforms.- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset.- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.To apply, please send your resume to Vanessa Tran at vanessa.tran@quantum.ca.
