Job Summary

Assist the campus manager in smooth functioning of the campus by providing administrative support to visitors, students, instructors and other staff of CIMT College. Responsible for the Front Desk Administration, Greeting people coming into Campus, directing them to the appropriate contacts or services, providing general information in person and by phone.


Education and Experience

Completion of secondary school required.

3+ years Office Administration Experience

1+ years of work experience in administration in the Ontario Career College is preferred


Skills

Strong Administrative Skills and Operational Management: Oversee campus operations, student records, class schedules, and compliance with OSAP and MCU regulations.

Strong Customer Service & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with students, faculty,
and external stakeholders.

Student Services and Student engagement/ Management: Support student inquiries, handle grievances, and
enhance student experience.

Technology & Compliance: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, student information systems, and regulatory
compliance.

Involvement working independently and in an administration team

Flexible - ability to adapt to changes

Flexible to work in schedules as assigned by the Campus Manager

Should show potential to take up additional tasks

Strong ability to multi-task is required

Knowledge and hands on experience of Microsoft Office Suite is must


Duties and Responsibilities reflective but not all inclusive


Customer Service

Making sure that all the incoming calls are answered and directed in an efficient manner.

Resolving student concerns related to schedules, fee payments, etc. along with the Campus Manager

Assisting the students with regards to schedules and coordinating with Scheduling department to make sure the students are able to complete their course/program as per the expected completion date

Administration

Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems (student files)

Effectively maintaining student records and record management

Administering the candidates for Testing Centers

Assist in smooth functioning of the institute in the evenings and weekends and in Campus Manager’s absence

Order office supplies and maintain inventory

Determine and establish office procedures

Open and Close the campus as required

May compile data, statistics and other info to support Campus Manager

Any additional tasks assigned by the Campus Manager

Compliance and Regulatory

Adhere to all CIMT College Policies and Procedures

Comply with all regulatory standards as set out by the Ministry of Training for Colleges and Universities, and the OCC Act, 2005
