Job Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our VP, General Manager, the incumbent will play a key role in supporting daily operations and facilitating the seamless flow of information and actions between operational leaders, project managers, and the Health & Safety team. This position is essential to ensuring directives are executed effectively, operational priorities are met, and cross-functional collaboration is streamlined.
- Serve as a liaison between the VP, Directors, Project Managers, and the Health & Safety team to streamline the flow of information, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely follow-up on agreed actions.
- Oversee operational directives to ensure alignment with company goals and business objectives across Montreal and Toronto.
- Support project managers and operational leaders by providing the tools, paperwork, and data required to execute their responsibilities.
- Facilitate the review of project estimations and ensure that all necessary documentation is prepared and accurate.
- Monitor and report on key operational performance indicators, including Health & Safety metrics, ISO audits, and StatsCAN requirements.
- Assist in managing compliance-related initiatives such as ISN documentation and quality control audits.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by analyzing data, identifying gaps, and suggesting actionable solutions.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and administrative support for the VP and other senior leaders.
