The brand is truly at a turning point to becoming a household name in Canada, and already growing in parallel in the US market.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a detailed-oriented and organized Executive Assistant to join the Manmade Team. If you're a proactive individual that thrives in fast paced environments, we want to hear from you!

Is this for you?

We are growing so rapidly, so things are changing quickly, and an in-house presence is required. At this time, we can’t accommodate any “remote” or “hybrid” type of work arrangements.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and manage the co-founder’s email inbox
  • Schedule, reschedule, and optimize calendar events to avoid conflicts and ensure alignment with priorities.
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, presentations, and follow-up documentation for meetings.
  • Attend meetings to take notes and track action items,
  • Submit expense reports
  • Track outstanding tasks and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables.
  • Post content to the co-founder’s personal LinkedIn, manage DMs, and respond to comments.
  • Coordinate complex travel itineraries and accommodations
  • Manage special projects and initiatives at the direction of the co-founder.
  • Assist with personal daily tasks and projects as required to support overall efficiency.

Qualifications :

  • DEC in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience working closely with marketing teams
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

    Responsabilités :

  • Contrôler et gérer la boîte aux lettres électronique du cofondateur
  • Programmer, reprogrammer et optimiser les événements du calendrier afin d'éviter les conflits et d'assurer l'alignement sur les priorités.
  • Préparer des documents d'information, des rapports, des présentations et des documents de suivi pour les réunions.
  • Assister aux réunions pour prendre des notes et suivre les actions à entreprendre,
  • Soumettre les notes de frais
  • Suivre les tâches en cours et assurer un suivi en temps voulu des principaux résultats.
  • Publier du contenu sur le LinkedIn personnel du cofondateur, gérer les DM et répondre aux commentaires.
  • Coordonner des itinéraires de voyage et des hébergements complexes
  • Gérer des projets et initiatives spéciaux sous la direction du cofondateur.
  • Assister le cofondateur dans ses tâches quotidiennes et ses projets personnels, selon les besoins, afin d'améliorer l'efficacité globale de l'entreprise.
  • Qualifications :

  • DEC en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Expérience de travail en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de marketing
  • Minimum 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
  • Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale en anglais et en français.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Compréhension de base des principes du marketing, du marketing numérique et des médias sociaux.
  • Excellent sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et échéances.
  • Souci du détail et capacité à résoudre les problèmes.
