Job description
RÉSUMÉ DU TRAVAIL
Ce poste est principalement responsable de l’exécution des tâches liées à la préparation des « hanger » et des moules pour la fonderie. S’assure d’effectuer diverses tâches liées au flux de production.
TÂCHES / RESPONSABILITÉS
- Assurez une production continue, en minimisant les temps d’arrêt.
- Vérifiez que toutes les pièces disposent d’une carte de routage.
- Effectuez l’opération de retrait et de nettoyage du support.
- Travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le superviseur / chef d’équipe et les autres membres de votre équipe pour coordonner vos activités quotidiennes.
- Vérifiez la qualité des pièces avant, pendant et après le retrait du support.
- Vérifier la propreté des pièces (ex. : coque desserrée, saleté, etc.) avant de placer le wagon chargé sur des supports secs.
- Signez et préparez tous les documents nécessaires liés à la pièce.
- Gardez la zone de déchargement propre et sans encombrement.
- Videz les dépoussiéreurs tous les jours ou tous les deux jours.
- Assurez-vous que tout l’équipement fonctionne correctement et informez votre chef d’équipe de tout dysfonctionnement qui pourrait survenir.
- Utilisez les critères du produit et les instructions d’activité pour vous guider.
- Videz le sable des ponceuses de pluie et nettoyez les grilles.
- Vérifications quotidiennes des outils de travail (ex. : marteaux, clés à chocs, racleurs, etc.) et avisez votre chef d’équipe en cas de pénurie.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec votre superviseur et vos collègues pour éliminer les opérations sans valeur ajoutée.
- Éliminez les déchets causés par le processus, la manutention des matériaux et les déplacements inutiles.
- Lorsque des problèmes surviennent, ayez toujours une solution possible à recommander.
- Pratiquez un bon entretien ménager. Une place pour chaque chose et chaque chose à sa place
- S’acquitter de toutes autres tâches qui pourraient lui être confiées.
- Respecte les valeurs et le code d’éthique de l’entreprise.
- Respecte les programmes d’environnement, de santé et de sécurité de l’entreprise
