      Job Description :

    • Client management and sales – client prospecting to identify their needs and creating suitable proposals and quotations that meet their requirements.
    • Client communication and relationship management - providing timely follow-up with clients via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings to handle objections and negotiations.
    • Be accountable for increasing revenue and securing sales to achieve sales targets.
    • Provide professional customer service, client support and recommendations.
    • Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
    • Proposal writing, quotation, invoicing and payments.
    • Events planning and coordination – liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure creation of a successful event programme.
    • Assist in refining company’s sales strategy and processes.
    • Collaborate with Marketing team to suggest new marketing strategies and promotions.

    • At least 1-2 years of experience in corporate sales (events and / or hospitality sales will be preferred).
    • Meticulous and great attention to details.

    • Strong communication skills – verbal, written and presentations.
    • Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
    • Proactive and can solve problems independently.
    • Work well with others as a good team player.
    • Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
    • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Zoho, Hubspot, etc) is a bonus.
    • Total Salary Compensation = Basic Salary + Sales Commission.
    • Basic Salary Range : SGD 3000 to SGD 4000 per month depending on qualifications & experience.
    • Sales commission and incentives (uncapped - the more sales you close, the more commission you earn).
