Purchasing & Planning Manager (Hybrid, Vaughan) - $130K to $160K
We are excited to be hiring on behalf of our client for the Purchasing & Planning Manager role. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where you will have a direct impact on supply chain operations and team success. This is a hybrid role based in Vaughan, offering a competitive compensation package of $130K to $160K (no bonus).
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead by example, driving results through strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by applying effective demand forecasting methods.
- Continuously review and improve departmental practices and procedures to drive efficiency.
- Provide key analyses and reports on schedule to support decision-making.
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve any overstock or understock situations.
- Develop and track key performance metrics for the department to ensure alignment with goals.
- Build, train, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results.
