We take pride in cooking for our customers, ensuring they have access to delicious, convenient meals that contribute to their well-being.Position Overview : WeCook is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Field Marketing Specialist to lead and execute events across Ontario. This role is crucial in driving conversions and brand awareness through in-person engagement and high-quality event experiences that showcase our product and connect with our target audience. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, highly organized, and dedicated to representing the WeCook brand.Key Responsibilities : Conversion and Lead Generation : Implement strategies during events to capture leads and encourage conversions. Utilize promotional codes, sign-up incentives, and interactive elements to convert attendees into customers.Event Planning and Execution : Organize, coordinate, and execute events and brand activations in Ontario, ensuring alignment with WeCook’s mission and brand standards.Brand Representation : Serve as the on-site brand ambassador, interacting with customers, answering questions, and educating attendees on the WeCook product offerings.Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure event consistency, share customer insights, and foster a seamless customer experience.Inventory Management : Manage, transport, and maintain event materials and supplies, ensuring they are available, in good condition, and ready for each event.Post-event Reporting : Track event metrics, compiling insights and feedback to optimize future events and assess performance against goals.Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in field marketing, events, or brand activations, preferably in the food and beverage industry.Proven track record of generating leads and conversions during events and activationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven ability to manage multiple events and responsibilities simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact positively with diverse audiences.Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Ability to lift and transport event equipment and materials as needed.Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support event schedules.Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle, as travel between multiple cities will be required.Why Join WeCook?This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a growing company dedicated to providing healthier food options for people on the go.
