We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic, ability to work independently under minimal supervision and safety focused mindset. Responsibilities Participating in all aspects of operation of the Wash PlantSafe and efficient operation of the front-end loaders and other equipmentTransport Material, load trucks and feed screeners and hoppers in an efficient mannerPerform daily safety and maintenance checksQuality control of productCommunicating with other team membersReporting to the plant operator on any issues regarding quality, safety, maintenance, and production.Carrying out facility maintenance requirements as directed from the plant operator.Maintaining all levels of communication, such as production, log books, and verbal communication.Required to maintain a clean work environment "everything has a place and everything in its place".Other duties, as may be required. Qualifications Commitment to a safe work cultureComply with all safety policies and proceduresSelf-motivated, with the ability to work unsupervisedAbility to work in a team environment.2+ years of heavy equipment experienceClass 1 / 3 license will be considered an assetMechanical aptitude & experience an assetOvertime will be required. You must be able to work in hot / cold environments and be physically capable of performing manual tasks safely.
