  • Ensuring orders are packed and shipped accurately and operating procedures are maintained;
  • Completing inventory counts and creation of required reports;
  • Checking all stock for wear or damage and report faults and discrepancies accordingly;
  • Receiving and putting away inventory that comes into the warehouse;
  • Picking and packing orders in the most efficient and cost-effective manner;
  • Additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center considered an asset;
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information;
  • Proven ability to problem solve and make sound decisions;
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize;
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and assist with ongoing business needs;
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines;
  • Positive disposition and desire to dig in, step up and work in collaboration with the owner to build her business in a meaningful way.

This is a role that requires walking, standing, sitting and lifting boxes up to 50 lbs independently. This position full time with an anticipated competitive rate of $22.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience. We are looking to fill the role as soon as possible. We are looking forward to hearing from you!
