Northern Primrose is looking for 1 person to start begininng of February, 2026 who can think ahead, take feedback without shutting down, and grow through it. We work with fast-moving clients, so we need people who stay steady, stay curious, and don’t crumble when things get messy. If you’re resilient, teachable, and willing to implement feedback immediately (not someday), you’ll be a strong fit here. Write your application in your own voice. What You’ll Do
Client Support
- Manage email, calendars, scheduling, and inbox cleanups
- Support meetings : notes, action items, follow-ups
- Update tasks and projects in platforms like ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com
- Create documents : SOPs, templates, processes
- Light CRM updates, bookkeeping and basic social support (LinkedIn, IG, FB)
- Learn each client’s world quickly and adapt to their style
- Light bookkeeping
- Communicate with client teams professionally and clearly
Internal Support
Tools
You’ll work inside Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Asana, CRMs, Zapier, and other modern platforms. You don’t need to know everything now, but you must be able to learn fast.
