You Will:
· Prepare, cook, and plate food to established standards for quality and presentation.
· Follow the kitchen’s systems & principles
· Promote a safe, sanitized work environment, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, safety, and food storage management
· Ensure the highest level of service and guest experience
· Provide non-stop teamwork with your teammates and managers
· Know and adhere to the policies, rules and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook
