About the Opportunity
  • Process purchase orders and match to invoices; follow up on discrepancies
  • Verify invoice accuracy (totals, taxes)
  • Prepare and record payments with proper approvals
  • Manage recurring payments and pre-authorized cancellations
  • Reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate records
  • Perform data entry, cheque processing, and billing tasks
  • Recommend process improvements and maintain organized files
  • Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Support client satisfaction and communications with stakeholders
  • Escalate complex issues to management
  • Provide service information and assist with various assignments

About You
  • Minimum 2+ years of full-cycle AP, including processing invoices, account reconciliations, and processing payments
  • Experience with Yardi is a must
  • Basic Excel skills are required
  • Strong work ethic

Salary Range
$55,000 - $58,000 /year
