Job Title: Business Process Analyst
Location: Edmonton, AB
Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable.

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will support process optimization, operational improvements, workflow analysis, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support process optimization and operational excellence initiatives.
Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and gap assessments.
Work with stakeholders to improve service delivery and business performance.
Support transformation initiatives within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
Develop future-state process models and operational recommendations.
Monitor process performance and track improvement metrics.
Facilitate workshops and process review sessions.
Ensure processes align with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

Experience as a Business Process Analyst in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
Strong experience in process mapping and workflow analysis.
Experience supporting operational improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
Understanding of compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
