Intérêt marqué pour l’amélioration continue des processus et la résolution de problèmes. Connaissance avancée des fonctions de conversion de bases de données. Excellente capacité à gérer des délais serrés et plusieurs projets simultanément. Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit. Évoluez au sein d’une équipe passionnée et d’un environnement axé sur la collaboration et l’innovation. Mode de travail hybride, avec des bureaux situés au centre-ville de Montréal (facilement accessibles en transport en commun). Relevant du directeur principal, efficacité opérationnelle et services, vous serez responsable du maintien, de l’amélioration et de l’implantation des divers systèmes opérationnels de l’entreprise, notamment les systèmes ERP.
Votre rôle :
- Agir en tant qu’analyste fonctionnel et technique pour les systèmes internes, incluant Microsoft Dynamics NAV .
- Définir et mettre en œuvre des solutions technologiques afin d’améliorer la productivité et d’optimiser l’utilisation des systèmes ERP.
- Veiller à ce que les solutions et processus développés répondent aux besoins et attentes des clients internes.
- Proposer et mettre en place des améliorations aux systèmes ERP (notamment Microsoft Dynamics NAV ) et aux processus connexes lorsque nécessaire.
- Résoudre les problèmes liés aux applications et systèmes tout en offrant un soutien aux utilisateurs.
- Documenter les spécifications fonctionnelles des systèmes opérationnels.
- Coordonner la formation continue relative à l’utilisation des systèmes ERP, y compris Microsoft Dynamics NAV .
- Agir comme point de contact clé pour les fournisseurs externes.
- Assurer la conformité des systèmes avec les politiques de l’entreprise.
