Reporting to the Director of Inventory and Allocation, this role involves managing timely follow-ups for order entry, overseeing return authorization processes, and supporting global inventory allocation.Some of what you’ll do : Digital Marketing OperationsPerform data entry into our ERP ensuring all information related to orders and RAs are updatedProvide daily updates related to wholesale accountsAssist and support retail division with, order entry, returns / order fulfillmentMonitor inventory levels in relation to order entry and order processingGenerate various system reports and analyze dataCoordinate allocation of goods to clients and appropriate warehouses, monitor omni channel inventoryManage return processes – follow up with stores, retail partners and warehouses to ensure proper delivery of returned merchandise and verify that goods match the processed RA’sCoordinate pickup for returns and generate shipping labels as neededPerform other administrative duties as assignedCommunicate and follow up directly with other departmentsSome of what you’ll need : Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale customer serviceMinimum 3 years of experience in retail store allocations or order management systemsExpert in Word and ExcelExcellent communication and interaction skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced high-volume environmentDynamic, organized and detail orientedMomentis experience an assetEDI experience an assetFlexibility in work schedules and hours during peak periodsStrong people management and interpersonal skills and experienceGiven the international nature of our business and of this position, the candidate will be required to communicate effectively, on a regular basis, with various stakeholders (co-workers, colleagues, customers, suppliers, etc.) located in Canada outside Quebec or throughout the world. Proficiency in languages other than French (notably, English) will be an asset for the successful candidate.
