Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the S&OP, Inventory, and Purchasing Manager. This critical role will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process while overseeing inventory planning and purchasing functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with the commercial team to align market initiatives with operational requirements, ensuring optimal inventory levels, improved service levels, and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities :
- S&OP Implementation and Management :
o Lead the development, implementation, and refinement of the S&OP process to align sales forecasts with production and inventory strategies.
o Collaborate with the commercial team to translate market initiatives and demand forecasts into actionable operational plans.
o Drive continuous improvement in forecasting accuracy and supply chain responsiveness.
o Develop and execute inventory strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize carrying costs, and meet service level goals.
o Monitor and analyze inventory performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
o Ensure inventory plans align with business objectives and S&OP outputs.
o Lead the purchasing team in executing procurement strategies aligned with inventory and operational plans.
o Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production and market needs.
o Implement supplier performance monitoring and improvement programs.
o Work closely with commercial, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment across the supply chain.
o Act as a bridge between market requirements and operational execution, ensuring seamless fulfillment of customer demand.
o Utilize ERP systems to support S&OP processes, inventory management, and purchasing activities.
o Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
o Provide regular updates and reports on S&OP performance, inventory levels, procurement activities, and key metrics.
