Job descriptionParticiper au développement et au suivi de nouveaux produits et alliages en collaboration avec les différents départements. Vérifier la conformité des étapes de fabrication en respectant les spécifications et les attentes des clients internes et externes. Analyser et optimiser les procédés de fabrication pour en améliorer l'efficacité et la qualité. Rédiger et interpréter les rapports techniques (métallographiques, PODFA, Alscan, etc.). Gérer la relation avec les fournisseurs, qualifier les ingrédients, les produits critiques et réviser les spécifications d'achat. Élaborer, mettre à jour et superviser l'application des plans de contrôle. Fournir un support technique aux opérations, notamment pour la mise au point des procédés et la gestion de nouveaux équipements. Participer à l'équipe de garde et remplacer le chef métallurgiste au besoin. Recommander et piloter des actions d'amélioration continue et de gestion pour optimiser les processus. Assurer la gestion et le maintien du Système de Management de la Qualité (SMQ) selon la norme ISO 9001, incluant les audits internes et les actions correctives. BAC en génie métallurgique, procédés ou chimique. Expérience intermédiaire à senior (3-5 ans minimum). Excellentes aptitudes en communication Rigueur, organisation et sens de la traçabilité sont essentiels. Anglais fluide Connaissance d’un ERP de production est un atout.

Relevant du Directeur du Groupe Technique, il participera activement à des projets d'amélioration continue, assurera le support technique et contribuera à la stratégie globale du département. Ce poste permanent offre des opportunités d'évolution concrètes au sein d'une équipe dynamique.
