We’re looking for a creative, energetic, and highly organized Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves to think strategically, and is passionate about delivering impactful marketing solutions, we want you on our team!
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with both marketing and sales teams to develop and execute data-driven campaigns that drive growth. You will help create compelling marketing communications, work on email cadence strategies, and support the development and distribution of key research and content across the email channel. Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Management : Develop, launch, and manage marketing campaigns from start to finish, including email communications and research promotions. You'll be responsible for driving engagement and supporting sales cycles by creating compelling, consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
Email and Cadence Strategies : Write, develop, and test email campaigns and automated touchpoints designed to drive growth and engagement. Collaborate with teams to refine messaging that resonates with prospects, ensuring seamless communication across different stages of the customer journey.
Research & Content Promotion : Coordinate the promotion of new research pieces, ensuring they align with prospect consumption preferences and push sales cycles forward. You'll be involved in the distribution of research communication, designing and executing A / B testing plans to optimize results.
Data-Driven Decision Making : Use performance data to continuously refine and improve campaigns. Analyze trends, track key performance indicators, and make suggestions to enhance engagement and conversion.
Collaboration : Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other internal teams to align on goals, ensure consistent messaging, and drive overall business impact. Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, gather feedback, and implement improvements to marketing initiatives.
Key Qualifications :
Creative & Strategic Thinking : A strong creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically. You should be a problem-solver who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow.
Experience : While previous experience in a marketing, sales, or enablement role is beneficial, we are especially interested in individuals with 2-3 years of relevant experience who are motivated, adaptable, and willing to take initiative.
Strong Communication Skills : Excellent written communication skills are a must, especially for creating engaging email content, sales communication, and research materials.
Organizational & Time Management Skills : Must be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with marketing and sales tools (such as Salesloft, HubSpot, or similar CRM / engagement software) is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow with new platforms is essential.
Data-Driven & Results-Oriented : Ability to interpret and act on data to drive better campaign results. Experience with A / B testing, tracking performance metrics, and making data-backed decisions is a bonus.
