The Reliability Engineer defines and implements a predictive and preventative maintenance program to anticipate these malfunctions. In this role, you will report to the Mechanical Superintendent.
He / She carries out reliability studies (criticality of equipment, analysis and recurrence of breakdowns), maintainability and availability studies by analyzing the information available via the various IT systems (SAP, CMMS, technical manufacturing management, etc.), and determines and monitors performance indicators. Work with maintenance and operations teams to establish reliability standards and best practices.
In addition, he / she prepares scheduled mill shutdowns, proposes improvement solutions (methods and / or equipment), takes part in investment and works projects, manages spare parts stock and makes purchase requests, updates technical procedures and documentation.
