  • The pride of belonging to a distinguished local company, 100% owned by PEI’s dairy farmers
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a Class 1 tractor-trailer to complete local delivery routes across PEI.
  • Load and unload goods by hand or with a hand cart; some products require heavy lifting.
  • Deliver to restaurants, retail locations, and institutional clients, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs.
  • Manage invoices and obtain delivery confirmations from customers.
  • Handle cash and cheque payments, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Return unsold or rejected product following company procedures and coordinate with warehouse staff.
  • Inspect your truck and trailer daily, complete logbooks, and report any maintenance needs.
  • Work early morning shifts and adapt to varying route schedules as needed.
Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of commercial driving experience with tractor trailers (preferred)
  • Comfortable lifting, pushing, and moving heavy product using hand carts
  • Previous delivery or route experience is a strong asset
  • Good customer service skills – polite, respectful, and reliable with clients
  • Able to start early in the morning and adjust to different routes
  • Able to accurately follow delivery routes, complete logs, and manage delivery paperwork
