We are seeking motivated Summer Agronomy Students to support our Agronomy team at our Lacombe Agro Centre and assist with tasks such as crop scouting, soil sampling, and general operational duties. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a positive attitude in maintaining a clean and safe work environment. A background in agriculture is beneficial.
Position : Summer Agronomy Students
Term : Temporary contract for approximately 4 months, with an expected start in April or May of 2025.
Full-time : 40 hours per week.
Availability requirements : Weekdays
Responsibilities :
- Crop Scouting
- Field Trials
- Customer service
- Maintain chem shed
- Deliver chemicals
- Some operational duties
- Other duties as assigned
