Job description
Hello! My name is Jessica, and our family in Blackfalds, Alberta, is seeking a fun, silly and healthy snack maker nanny to join us.
We have a boy (3.5 years) and a girl (15 months) who both love to play cars, animals and baby doll, they love to make crafts, make forts, snack and just be kids.
I am returning to work from my maternity leave mid April. I work from home permanently, therefore we are open to both full-time and part-time candidates. This is a live-out position, so you will need reliable transportation to and from our home. Approx hours 8 : 30 / 9am till 4 / 4 : 30pm.
- Ideally the candidate will;
- meal prep for lunch and snacks throughout the day.
- We also have 2 old dogs, who hang out with me in the office while I work, but occasionally may need to be let outside or some pets.
- someone who is fun and makes up games with the kids, but also encourages independent play. We don’t watch a ton of tv but are not against putting a movie on for a rainy afternoon.
- full range of the house, feel free to bake or cook with the kids. Teaching and including them in your tasks. Teaching them kindness and manners are the upmost important to us.
- Outdoor play both our kids enjoy very much, walking to the park nearby, playing in the tree house or on the trampoline in the back yard. Getting fresh air is also very important to us.
We are willing to negotiate pay for the right fit. I hope I described what we are looking for as a best fit and we look forward to meeting you ❤️
